Founded in Nottingham in 1999, the firm has offices in Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Sheffield and works across the UK in civil, structural, transport, geotechnical and environmental engineering.
The move completes its transition to employee ownership, securing the business’s future as an independent company while retaining its existing management team.
