SPG Resourcing, a Leeds-based technology recruitment firm, has completed a management buyout from The Solution Performance Group, putting co-founder Sam Hameed in charge.
The firm is on track for £5m of revenue this year and is targeting £11m within two years, as it expands across the UK and US. It also plans to grow its workforce from 10 to 18 by the end of 2027.
The buyout gives the business the freedom to decide where to invest and how to grow, including in life sciences and deep technology alongside its established technology recruitment work.
