Dutch IT services provider Previder, part of Odin Group, has acquired Wanstor, a London-based managed IT services provider, in its first move into the UK.

Founded in 2002 by Peter Lukes, Wanstor provides cyber security, cloud, data and workplace technology services and employs around 200 people, with offices in London and engineers across the country. Chief executive Francesca White and chief operating officer Manmit Rai will continue to lead the business.

The deal follows Previder’s recent acquisitions in Belgium and Germany. Wanstor’s shareholders were advised by law firm Capital Law.
