Tunbridge Wells-headquartered Naylor Accountancy Services, part of the ETL Global UK group, has acquired Leeds-based Profit Genie Group, giving it its first presence in the North of England.
It is Naylor’s sixth acquisition since 2021 and its second this year, following the purchase of Buckinghamshire firm Another Answer in April.
