Bugler Group, the Rickmansworth-based housing contractor, has moved to employee ownership after brothers Andy, Kieran and Denis Bugler sold their shares to an employee ownership trust.

The family business, which celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2022, has turnover of around £125m and operates across contracting, housebuilding and land acquisition. All three brothers will remain in their current roles and continue running the business.

It’s the latest in a run of construction businesses moving to employee ownership, including Welsh housebuilder Edenstone last week.
