EverGrowth Group has acquired the waste transfer station and skip hire business of Haulaway, a family-run waste management and recycling company based in Hailsham, East Sussex, established in 1991.

Haulaway joins EverGrowth’s environmental services division. As part of the deal, Haulaway’s recycling distribution facility was separated from the wider business and kept by the owners, Colin and Julie, who are joining the group.

EverGrowth, a founder-led group that buys and grows business-to-business essential services companies, said Haulaway was a well-run business its community relies on. Haulaway’s shareholders were advised by law firm Schofield Sweeney and by Affinia.
