Manchester-based FourNet, a customer experience and AI transformation specialist backed by Palatine Private Equity, has acquired SVL Business Solutions, a Glasgow-headquartered contact centre and customer experience specialist, for an undisclosed sum.
SVL employs 41 people and has worked alongside FourNet for nearly a decade, serving overlapping sectors including financial services, utilities and public safety. The combined business will have more than 230 staff, over 450 customers and revenues of around £65m.
SVL’s customers will keep working with the same teams. Chief executive David Kindness said customers stayed with SVL because of its people, and that the deal would give the team more opportunities and investment.
It is FourNet’s fifth acquisition in six years, continuing a buy-and-build strategy supported by Palatine since 2021. FourNet was advised by law firm Gateley.
