Hy-Ram is well-known for supplying specialized tooling, engineered products, and plant hire services critical for water network maintenance and gas distribution operations. The transaction represents Uniwater’s second UK bolt-on acquisition, designed to scale its portfolio of technical service providers catering to regulated utilities.
